I am a Regular user of the Roadlink buses when I travel and i want to say your service is excellent. I am impressed with the callibre of drivers you have and always feel safe in your buses. I am always looking forward to travelling in your buses and if I had money to spare, i would travel every second week in your buses just to savour the experience. you have a member for life and once more thank you Roadlink for your affordability and luxurious travel.

I drove behind your bus nr. 603 from Heidelberg to Van Reenen yesterday(28 Aug). I must compliment the driver for the careful, safe way in which he drove the bus. I followed him closely, making use of the slipstream and he kept a constant speed, used his indicators when changing lanes and had respect for other road users. Well done!

I also found out that the driver’s name is William Anderson.

I have been travelling on these Buses several times, i have even lost count, service no1, caring, respect no1, i remember twice when i was behind time the bus stopped for when i was from Capetown to joburg they even carried the bag for me, i dont think i can manage to travel with other buses unless if my family buses@SARoadlink/ is out of the road,  you are my no1, see u again 29/11/11 when going to Capetown from Joburg.keep up the goodwork

Would like to compliment SA Roadlink on their great service on our recent trip from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Our bus left on time and arrived on time. We had a friendly and efficient hostess, the bus was clean, including the onboard toilets. All in all, a lovely journey, with great movies, aircon and reclining seats. We also noticed there were two drivers, which made us feel safe and secure. A big thumbs up to SA Roadlink.

My mum was travelling from East London to Durban and then to East London to Queenstown.  19.12.2011 The bus had a tire puncture near Umtata, my mum waited for an hour before another bus was sent to pick up the passengers. Due to this delay my mum missed her linking bus to Queenstown.  Allan the branch manager, went the extra mile by firstly running around to see if there was no other bus that could take her to Queenstown, he then went out to find a taxi for my mum, but we decided that it was too late to travel in a taxi to Queenstown. He then dropped my mum in his own vehicle to a family friend and made sure that she was safe and he said he would book her in on the first bus back to Queenstown today 20.12.2011.  Allan could have said that on the ticket it says that SA Roadlink is not held liable if a passenger has missed their bus. But he went the extra mile and made my mum feel safe and made sure she was safe. I want to send a Huge "THANK-YOU" to Allan, you are certainly a CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAMPION.  My mum & I were extremely impressed with the service we received from you!!!
